As part of the Atout Senior program, launched in 2024 to support job seekers over 50 in their career change and showcase their expertise, our intern Virginie Monnet had the pleasure of participating in a job dating session followed by a review meeting organized by ifocop – Institut de Formation Professionnelle, in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Employment, Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet.
Adionics is sensitive to intergenerational issues and the richness of experienced career paths; we place great importance on the diversity of profiles and the challenge of finding a job after 50.
