Process performance modelling
Adionics has developed a mathematical model to predict the performance of extraction, scrubbing and regeneration of a large spectrum of brine types. This allows to proceed with preliminary process optimisation of the whole value chain up to high purity Lithium Chloride, Lithium Carbonate or Lithium Hydroxyde.
CL1 proof of concept

- Fifteen tons per year LiCl continuous extraction pilot unit.
- Lithium content in feed from 20mg/L to 50 000+ mg/L

- One containerised mobile unit (designed for 5000m altitude operations)
- One in Europe
Typical deliverables:
- LiCl concentrated brine samples (few m3) ready to be processed for further conversion
- Unit in Europe: extraction, purification, concentration and conversion capacity to pure LiCl, Li2CO3 or LiOH.H2O.

CL 250 definitive feasability study (DFS)

- Two hundred and fifty tons per year LiCl continuous extraction pre industrial plant.
