Gabriel is a multi-cultural leader that has more than 30 years’ experience in the water industry. He had led different companies around the world, living and working in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S.

He accomplished this by developing innovative growth strategies and modernizing organizational practices, with outcomes include transitioning organizations to profitable businesses, increasing competitive advantage, creating positive workplace cultures, and building high-performing leaders.

Dominique Mabire

Dominique Mabire

More than three decades experience in the Fine Chemical area.

After more than ten years as group leader in fundamental research chemistry, Dominique joined Fine chemical industry where he had different positions; as Processes Development manager, Plant manager and Industrial Director for a multi sites group expert for production of complex molecules for Life Sciences and specialty Chemicals markets.

He is the Adionics Technical director Chemistry since November 2015.

Process & Technology Director

Florent Bouquet

Florent has more than 30 years’ experience in Process and Technologies at technical management position.

He has a large experience in Mine and Metals, fertilizers, and Environment markets. He has developed strong analytics skills and expertise in how to select/develop/optimize the right technologies for a large range of markets/processes. He has joined Adionics as Industrialization director in November 2020.

François-Michel Colomar

Sales Director

François-Michel Colomar

François has been working for 25 years in Energy sectors holding various positions in consulting, business development, and management positions.

He has been expatriated in Middle East and Latin America for almost a decade. He has developed a strong experience in complex sales and business development in international environments along the years. Since June 2021, he is part of Adionics’ management team as Sales Director.

Audrey Bellanger

Audrey has over a decade of experience in full-cycle Human Resources in various companies: SMEs, ETIs, start-ups. Throughout her experience, she has been able to structure her teams and develop her organisations. Audrey joined Adioncis as HR Director in June 2022.

Federico Lavalle Cobo

Latin America Director

Federico Lavalle Cobo

Federico has more than 30 years’ experience in a worldwide leader group dedicated to environmental sustainability, at Project Management and Country Management positions in Argentina and South America. He has large experience in water treatment market, leading big EPC projects in municipal and industrial sector in Latin America.

He has developed strong skills to manage multicultural teams with high diversity and high technical background. Throw the years he became Country Manager in Argentina and a commercial referent for the activities in south America. He joined Adionics as Latin America Director in July 2022.

Guillaume de Souza

Guillaume de Souza

Guillaume has more than 30 years’ experience in Industrial Process Optimization and Design and is the author or co-author of more than 30 patents relative to separation science applied to gas or saline water treatment.

He has demonstrated within the first half of its carrier, in a major international group, its ability to implement with success innovative ideas at industrial scale. He is keen for breakthrough ideas in a goal to approach ideality in industrial process performance.

He founded Adionics in march 2012 and was its Chairman and CEO until may 2016. He is a member of Adionics’ board since then.

Loic Bernard

Loic Bernard

Loïc Bernard has been a member of Adionics' Supervisory Board since 2013 and Chairman since 2023.

He brings over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership focused on disruptive technologies.

He has held executive positions in diverse industries including smart cards, toll access control, digital television, retail, and composite materials. Loïc Bernard holds an MBA from EDHEC Business School.

Marine Glon

Marine Glon

Marine is an Investment Director at Supernova Invest, a venture investment fund (700 M€ of asset under management).

She is specialized in energy and environment. She joined Supernova in 2017. Previously, Marine worked 5 years at ADEME (France’s environment and energy agency), as a Program Manager in Circular Economy project innovation funding. She covered waste recycling and recovery, biogas, water treatment and biodiversity. She helped select and fund more than 100 innovative companies, with a budget over €150 million.

Before that, she was a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for five years, specializing in the energy and insurance sectors.

She then participated in the launch of the start-up I Care & Consult (strategic sustainability consultancy), acquired by BearingPoint in 2022. Marine is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.

Samia Belabed

Samia Belabed

Samia is an Investment Director at Bpifrance, the French sovereign fund.

Within the Deeptech Venture team, she focuses on startups with breakthrough technologies. She has led over the past years numerous investments, mainly in industrial startups across various sectors such as green chemistry, new materials, energy.

Since 2021 and Bpifrance's investment in Adionics, she has served on the company's Supervisory Board.

Samia is an alumna of HEC Paris and holds a master's degree in business

Andres Fontannaz

AndRes Fontannaz

Andrés Fontannaz is the Lithium M&A Vice-President for SQM, a Chilean global nonmetallic mining company that is engaged in the production and commercialization of unique chemicals such as Potassium Nitrate, Iodine and Lithium.

He joined SQM in 2004 as Strategic Marketing manager and since then has hold different positions in the company, working more than 4 years in SQM´s European headquarter located in Belgium and 5 years based in SQM´s North American headquarter in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Fontannaz is an Economist from the University of Chile and holds a master’s in business administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
